As of January 1, 2016, due to the consolidation of the activities of the ORLEN Unipetrol group in the Slovak Republic, the merger of its subsidiaries ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia and Mogul Slovakia took place. The main mission of Mogul Slovakia was the sale of oils and plastic lubricants of the brands MOGUL and PARAMO in the Slovak Republic. ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia continues the business activities of Mogul Slovakia as its legal successor.
ORLEN Unipetrol is a leading group in the field of petrochemicals in the Czech Republic. In 2005, it became part of the largest group in the field of petrochemicals in Central Europe, where it falls under the PKN Orlen group.
